finally decided not to be lazy and start linking people from d1! now clara won't be the only sad link from hoGc. oh and i (lazily) koped all the links from her blog, so too bad i'm still lazy. hah. anyway. anyone who chances upon this ulu blog should read about the lives of these great people! yay.
friday was fop! my dad's phone died so i was almost gonna give up already but sam was so cool luh, she said in faith that he would come and true enough he did! he borrowed a phone from someone and called me.
fop was really really cool manz. when worship started and i closed my eyes, i heard the voices throughout the indoor stadium singing praises to God and i was really touched. it was great just worshipping and listening at the same time. so many people, loving the same God and living for the same cause. and during the praise and worship something really cool happened. haven't told this to anyone. :X at first when i opened my eyes my dad was folding his arms so i closed my eyes and prayed that he would start worshipping God. when i opened my eyes again i saw him lifting up his hands and worshipping. it was super cool luh. even though he still doesn't really believe in God i believe that God will work a miracle. after that went to hongkong cafe with him for supper. i drank a mango with pomelo iceblended and realised my mango craze has died down. but it's probably cause the pomelo spoilt the taste.
yesterday i went to church for live feed. it's my first time going for live feed training after my "first training" long ago, so it was more of a recap. soo yee shared about the heart behind doing what we do, and we really need passion and faith to keep the passion so that we can keep doing what we do even after years of doing it. passion, purpose, presence. (: i'm excited to serve in the live feed ministry! yea. then after that joined d1 and d10 for their combined cg. it was really cool and we were sharing bout family members that we wanted to get saved and what we could do for them. :D
after that we went to felicia's house for steamboat. her grandma is so cute. :X and so's her mum! it runs in the family manz. and they're all so nice to let us come over and da rao ta men. but it was great just hanging out with d1 over a nice hot pot of steamboat. i was excited over handling the disgusting stuff like prawns and squids. but my squid turned out uncooked and i kinda wasted it! gah. then i didn't really have any appetite cause of all the disgusting stuff i cooked. -.- which was not even cooked. i'd really love to say in faith that i can cook, but i'm not going to. cause if i cook people will probably get food poisoning or something. and clara and some others made soup for us! so sweet. :D and i brought soup for my dad when he came, but he didn't want it. so i had to give it back to colin to bring it in. half of it spilled out luh. thanks people anyway for offering soup to him!
don't really wanna blog bout today. wasn't allowed to go for cg cause i've been out late for two days consecutive. then i was quite pissed at my dad cause sam shifted cg so that i could go for the sermon and worship. hope she didn't in the end. and there was only sam and jamie kan from d11 there i think? feel so bad luh. i'm causing trouble for my leaders again. shall be a good girl till my dad goes back.
wonder if anyone managed to read till here, but i seriously doubt it. lol.
